The Transmigration Missions Are Not Scientific Ch.33

Chapter 33-CEO novel (13)

The next morning, when Gu Anran opened her eyes….

Huh? Why is it so dark?

Gu Anran moved her head a bit and felt something soft touch both her cheeks and a nice fragrance filled her nose.

“Ehmm….” A low sound came from above in response to Gu Anran’s movements and Gu Anran stiffened.

Uh….I think I know what’s happening….I’ve been buried under her chest!

Even though Gu Anran realized this fact, she did not get up immediately. Instead, she looked up and checked to see if Mu Qingli was still sleeping. Her eyes were closed, so….it should be fine if I do this, right?

Her mischievous eyes brightened and then she proceeded to bury her face deeper into those two round mounds. It’s so soft and comfortable!

While Gu Anran was busy enjoying her feast, Mu Qingli who was holding her was turning redder and redder by the minute.

Mu Qingli had never expected her Little Ran to be this unrestrained and dirty. Is it because Little ran liked boobs that much? If Gu Anran knew what she was thinking, she would’ve said: ‘It’s a misunderstanding! I only like your boobs, no one else’s!’

Mu Qingli knew she had to stop as her entire body began to heat up and grow sensitive. If she didn’t stop, one can only imagine what the consequences will be! If it wasn’t for the fact that today was an important day, she would’ve already eaten up the little fellow in her arms.

She pretended that she was just waking up and shifted her arms, causing the little villain to immediately stop. Mu Qingli slowly sat up and rubbed her eyes, only to look down and see that Gu Anran had her eyes closed. Her fake sleeping technique was terrible, anyone could tell she was faking it. Tsk, tsk, this little fellow actually dares to pretend in front of me!

She chuckled lightly and then pinched the other person’s nose before stepping out of bed and entering the bathroom.

Gu Anran’s eyes immediately opened once she heard the bathroom door close. A thread of uneasiness formed in her heart. Did Mu Qingli find out about her perverted antics?

When Mu Qingli came back out and saw Gu Anran’s conflicted face, a smile appeared in her heart.

“Little Ran, hurry up and wash up! We still have to go to the company today!”

“Ah? Oh! Of course, I will be ready in a minute!” Gu Anran threw the question she wanted to ask to the back of her mind and quickly got ready to leave.

After eating breakfast, they met up with Chi Mengyan and Hong Qingyi. Together, all four of them drove to the company.

When they arrived at the company, they immediately noticed the depressing atmosphere. Everyone looked at them, no, to be more precise, they looked as Mu Qingli with regret and pity.

“It seems like only managers and other executives know that you’re still in charge but everyone else is completely clueless!” Chi Mengyan whispered and gestured at a nearby manager as proof. The manager smiled at Mu Qingli as usual, as if nothing was wrong.

“Let’s go.” Mu Qingli led the four to her office, but the sign on the door had changed from Vice President to Manager. However, this was to be expected, or else the real truth would be quite obvious.

The moment the group entered, the door opened again and this time a certain someone came in with a proud and smug expression on her face,

“Mu Qingli, I am the Vice President now so could you please kick your dogs out before they mess up the place?”

“Aiya~ Second Miss Mu, is there a problem with your eyes? Did you not see the sign on the door? I thought you wanted to be Vice President but now you want to be a manager again?” Although Chi Mengyan said that with a smile her eyes were full of disdain.

“You…hmph, you only know how to talk with that foul mouth of yours. I’m the Vice President, so whatever office I want is mine from now on. From today onwards, I proclaim this as my office, and as for the sign outside….I can change it easily!” Mu Qingyan crossed her arms and held her chin so high up that one couldn’t even see her eyes anymore, just her nostrils.

“Manager Mu…ah, I mean Vice President Mu, this was decided by President Mu, so you’ll have to ask your father if you want the offices changed.” Gu Anran ‘kindly’ explained.

“Hmph, a mere secretary dares to tell me what I can’t do?” Mu Qingli growled but turned around and made a call. A few seconds later, the other party seemed to have picked up the call,

“Hello? Daddy~ This is Little Yan~”

Aiya! Motherfu*ker! That voice is so sweet that it’s disgusting! Gu Anran rubbed her arms as she tried to calm the goosebumps that had suddenly appeared.

However, it wasn’t as smooth as Mu Qingyan thought! No matter how much she buttered up her father or how much she complained, she finally had to hang up in the end.

“Hmph, I guess I have to let you off lightly this time! Just think of this office as your compensation or something!” Saying so, she turned around and slammed the door on the way out.

“She’s crazy!” Hong Qingyi growled.

“My little Yiyi is so smart! That person has both rabies and mad cow disease so of course, her IQ is abysmally low.” Chi Mengyan sneered from the sofa.

“Qingli, when do we start?” Gu Anran flipped open her laptop and asked.

“Ten o’clock. Mengyan, Qingyi, you two go ahead and make some preparations. Give anybody who dares disturb us a good show and wipe out all our enemies.”

Ok! Little Yiyi, let’s go!” Chi Mengyan waved goodbye and then dragged Hong Qingyi out the door with her.

Once the door closed, Mu Qingli took a seat next to Gu Anran.

“Nervous?’

“Of course….if I fail, the consequences will be….”

“Don’t be afraid, I will be here to back you up. If you fail, we can try again. Although the process might be more difficult, I believe no matter how many times we need to try, we will certainly make it possible in the end.” Patting Gu Anran’s head, she couldn’t help but draw her into her arms and she felt that little body tremble a little…probably from all the tension, right?

Time passed, and suddenly Mu Qingli’s phone rang. Mu Qingli quickly turned on the TV and the screen showed the start of the Duan family’s attack, by putting all the dirty scandals of the Peng family on the news.

“This is-!| Gu Anran exclaimed with widened eyes.

“We have split our forces into two. The Duan family will be in the light, while we operate in the dark. While the Duan family attracts the Peng family’s attention, we will start our attack.” Mu Qingli explained.

“Then I will begin my preparations.” Gu Anran pulled up her programs, took a deep breath, getting her hands warmed up as she entered a more calm state of mind.

Thirty minutes later, the phone rang a second time.

“Little Ran!” Mu Qingli shouted.

“On it!”

Cyber warfare has begun!

Meanwhile, in the Peng Household….

Beep! Beep! Beep!

Warning sounds blared from the hose computer and red lights illuminated the screen.

What’s going on? Peng Qing, who was frowning as he reviewed various documents, looked up to see what the ruckus was about. Peng Qing ignored the stocks going up and down to look at the screen before him.

“The Peng family’s main system is being invaded!” The butler reported.

“What?” Peng Qing stood up quickly and shouted,

“Get the computer team to figure out what’s going on! If the system is hacked, then those computer engineers and programmers can all be buried with it!” This casual sentence decided the life and death of others, but the butler’s expression didn’t change and he only bowed before leaving.

Looking at the information in his hand, Peng Qing wearily rubbed his eyes. He was apprehensive not because he didn’t confidently believe in his firewall, but that there was countless confidential information of the Peng family in the system. Even though no one had broken in before, they had their firewalls updated every year. So why was he feeling…uneasy? It’s just my mind playing tricks on me.

As for Chi Mengyan’s side of things, she relied on Mu Qingli’s people to help her arrange some commotion. Not only did this cause the stocks to fall and the shareholders to withdraw, it even led some companies to cut off cooperation with the Mu Company.

“Why is this happening!!” Mu Qingyan roared angrily. Her first day as Vice President and the company was already facing an apocalypse level crisis. It must be the work of that vixen Mu Qingli!!!

Currently, they were in the meeting room and everyone had arrived, except for that one person, causing Mu Qingyan to shake with anger.

“Mu Qingli! Where is that woman? Doesn’t she know there is a meeting going on right now! I bet she did all this, this is all her fault! I want her to resign immediately.” Slamming her fists on the table, Mu Qingyan currently did not look like a Vice President but a shrew from the common markers.

No one dared to respond. They only bowed their heads and continued to work on their own things. Only a few tried to comfort her and some tried to speak on Mu Qingli’s behalf. Overall, they treated her like air, like a joke.

Holding her head in her hands. Chi Mengyan narrowed her eyes and closely watched the ones who were talking. Some of them might be their enemies, but some may not be and could be hiding among the ones with their mouths closed…..

Subtly taking out her phone, Hong Qingyi quickly handed it to Chi Mengyan and whispered in her ear,

“Manager, the news is reporting the Duan family’s attacks against the Peng family!”

Different levels of shock resounded around the conference table. Chi Mengyan looked up to watch everyone’s reaction and locked her eyes on some of the people’s eyes.

“What are you talking about?!!!” Mu Qingyan had the biggest reaction of them all.

This made Chi Mengyan and Hong Qingyi feel a little surprised. Could it be that Mu Qingyan already knew that she was not a child of the Mu family and that the Peng family was her real family, her real backing?

In fact, it was a misunderstanding on both sides. This was because the Mu stepmother always told her daughter that the Peng family was her best friend. That if the Peng family was in trouble, she must help them. The Peng family this, the Peng Family that….after so much brainwashing, of course, Mu Qingyan would react like this.

“If the Vice President doesn’t believe it, then you can watch the news yourself!” Chi Mengyan raised an eyebrow.

“Damn you.” Mu Qingyan frowned and looked up the Peng family’s situation. She appeared agitated and anxious as her hands slipped multiple times during her typing.

Chi Mengyan thought with a sneer, hmph, sure enough, she is one of them. Her own company is already in jeopardy, but she still cares only about the outsiders. Wait, technically she is an insider of the Peng family! However, soon this will all be over….

  2. thanks for the chapter
Well the company warfare is a tad ridiculous, but I wont let a good story be ruined by iffy things like “realism” or “logic”

  3. The system hasn’t appeared that much now, I thought they’d need an item around now or something, also since they didn’t get many side missions their currency isn’t increasing, still they were at 89,000 already and system said they needed 50k to stay and that as long as 1 paid it they’d both stay right?

But well seeing as the story goes on I’m guessing they’ll complete their objectives and be taken out before they can choose to stay again? That’ll be sad cuz this is a good world.

Or maybe the price has risen or something?
