Ch.82-The moment when you opened your eyes? !

The next morning, Wen Jiexi opened her eyes to find herself in Su Chenyu’s arms. She looked at the phone on the bedside table beside her. It was already ten in the morning. She yawned and sat up. 

“Whaaaa! Jiexi, the films yesterday were way too stimulating!” Dango floated over at this moment and Wen Jiexi noticed that the little ghost’s eyes were bloodshot. And with what Dango said just now…..

Her tone was one of disbelief, You actually….watched it?!

One must know that she and Su Chenyu had only watched a few minutes before quickly turning it off. Then after finishing their dinner, they had fallen asleep. Yet, this scoundrel actually stayed up the entire night to watch every single one of those films!!! 

“Jiexi, your elders specially prepared these resources for you and yet you didn’t even watch them! Don’t you feel sorry for them? Fortunately, I watched them all. If you don’t understand anything, you can ask me! I’d sacrifice myself for the greater good and did all the research in your place!” Dango laughed crazily and spun around in the air while Wen Jiexi looked at him rather blankly. Even…even if she and Sister Su were to one day…do that, she would never let Dango stay and watch! Hmph! 

A rustling sound came from behind and two arms hooked around her waist. The person behind her hugged themselves against her back. Then the person whispered in Wen Jiexi’s ear, the voice rather low and hoarse, probably because since they had just woken up, 

“You’re awake…why didn’t you wake me up….” 

Wahhh, her ears are going to grow pregnant from just that sound of that magnetic voice! Wen Jiexi shivered and her ears felt numb as she shrank into Su Chenyu’s arms to avoid this ‘terrible’ assault on her ears. 

“This….since Sister Su was still sleeping, I thought it would be better to let you rest and sleep. There’s nothing planned for today anyways, so it won’t hurt to let Sister Su sleep in. 

“Is that so….” Su Chenyu looked at Wen Jiexi’s blushing little face, and the feelings in her heart almost overwhelmed her reason. However, she repeatedly told herself that they need to move slowly and take baby steps. Once their relationships progresses a bit more they can then take it to the next level. For now she could only rely on the little intimate acts to suppress her feelings. She had no other choice, after all, this little fellow was just too cute! If she didn’t do anything at all….it would be too hard to endure…

Thinking like this, Su Chenyu cupped Wen Jiexi’s cheeks and then kissed those soft cheeks until Wen Jiexi’s entire body had shrunk into a tiny ball. She had turned into a blushing little ball, a little apple. After having her fill, she left with a chuckle and stood up to take a shower. 

“Ai, Jiexi, what are you so terrified of! I guess you’re the bottom then….” Dango looked rather disappointed and stuck its little arms on its waist as it looked at Wen Jiexi with a glare. The little ghost had given Wen Jiexi so much strength and power and its contractor even had a few martial arts skills as well, but why is it when this little girl is in front of that woman….she becomes so weak?!!

“What is a bottom?” Wen Jiexi looked rather confused. 

“When two women are together, they are usually divided into a top and bottom. Just think about a man-woman relationship and then replace them with two women instead. The person who is the top is responsible for attacking and turning the other person into a puddle. Understood? So the one who does the attacking is the top while the one receiving is the bottom.” Dango looked at its host’s stupid expression and explained helplessly. 

“How could I be at the bottom! I’m obviously the top!” Wen Jiexi said through gritted teeth while waving her small fists into the hair. Hmph, she can hit a grown man flying, how could she be the bottom? 

Dango looked at the dissatisfied Wen Jiexi and spread its arms helplessly. Could the little ghost tell its contractor that martial arts skills don’t matter in bed? Just look at Wen Jiexi’s inconsistent attitude when she’s with Su Chenyu! Dango was sure that its contractor is the bottom! It had stayed up all night researching this topic so Dango cannot be wrong! 

Unfortunately, Dango’s contractor was not paying attention to the little ghost. Instead she was thinking about the few minutes of the film they had watched yesterday. Yesterday’s film had a woman pressed against another woman, so….she should be the one who did the pressing! The one on top! Yup! 

Su Chenyu wiped the water off her face and looked over at the little fellow who was sitting on the sofa. The little sheep was currently smiling stupidly to herself and this caused Su Chenyu to raise an eyebrow and pinch the girl’s nose, 

“What are you thinking about? You’re smiling stupidly right now.” 

“Wuwu…..nothing….” Wen Jiexi shook her head with a dry smile but her eyes did not leave Su Chenyu’s body.

Su Chenyu noticed Wen Jiexi’s rather strange gaze but she did not grow angry. She actually hoped that Wen Jiexi would understand these things as soon as possible and then accept her advances. Then they could even get married earlier. Thinking like this, Su Chenyu smiled and patted Wen Jiexi’s head, 

“Let’s go. Time for breakfast.” 

“En…..” Wen Jiexi nodded, and the two of them walked out while holding hands. 

The restaurant below had many styles of cuisine, from Chinese to Western and if the dish wasn’t on the menu, they could request the chef to make a specific dish. However, neither of them wanted to trouble the chef and instead just ordered some random food and sat down to eat. 

Perhaps it was because the Su family had booked the whole place for the banquet, there weren’t many people in the restaurant. With the banquet over, naturally most of the guests have gone home. Other than guests who were originally staying at the hotel to begin with, everyone else had already left. And afterward the Su family also made sure no strange guests made their way into the hotel to stir up any trouble. 

And so there were only a few people in the restaurant right now. A few of the guests nodded towards them and a few even walked over to talk to them. One is a high-class family and the other is a very wealthy merchant family. Both were people that would bring advantages to a partnership, but unfortunately for them, they could only retreat when they met Su Chenyu’s cold and indifferent eyes. 

Su Chenyu: You actually dare to disturb my alone time with my lover? Are you looking to die? 

The families who tried to talk to them: Wuwuwu, so scary! I’m going to freeze to death under that gaze!

Wen Jiexi was completely unaware of the raging undercurrents beside her because her gaze was focused on the man who had just walked in. The man named Feng Xiaoliang. The moment the man had walked in, he had begun scanning the restaurant, as if he was looking for something or someone. 

Wen Little Sheep immediately became alert. She believed that this man had rushed over because he had received the news they were here. Otherwise, how else would you explain how this man would appear in an immaculate suit with a bouquet of fresh roses in such a short time? Obviously he was here with bad intentions. 

When their eyes met, Wen Jiexi immediately put on a ‘I am really fierce!’ expression on her face as she glared at Feng Xiaoliang.

Feng Xiaoliang looked at Wen Jiexi’s expression and felt like he was looking at a little cat this is trying to threaten him with it’s tiny outstretched paws. The little girl clearly wasn’t a threat and yet she tried to make herself seem like some kind of dangerous predator. Then he thought about the information he received about Wen Jiexi yesterday and felt his heart stir just a little. This person’s transformation was just too amazing. 

Interesting….how interesting. It seems he can change up his plans a little. Oh, right, that trash from the Si family contacted him yesterday. Said something about how they could help him out. Such an insignificant little bug tried to bargain with him…how laughable. But this Wen family’s daughter….now she is something interesting. 

Just what future is there for a relationship between two women? But he might as well try to twist this disgusting relationship to his advantage and swallow this grievance by accepting both of them into his harem.

There was a glimmer of light in Feng Xiaoliang’s eyes and he smoothed out his cruel expression before walking towards them both with a smile on his face. 

“Sister Su, there’s another person coming…and he…don’t let him….”Wen Jiexi began nervously, but she couldn’t finish her sentence. Just thinking about Sister Su being snatched up by that man made her clutch Su Chenyu’s arm nervously. 

“What’s the matter?” Su Chenyu was taken aback and felt surprised at Wen Jiexi’s sudden movements. Then she was a figure in the corner of her eyes and a trace of understanding flashed in her eyes. At the same time, she felt amused at Wen Jiexi’s reaction.

“Be good, there’s no need to be nervous. Here, have a bite of these scrambled eggs.” Su Chenyu smiled and affectionately fed Wen Jiexi’ a spoonful of scrambled eggs. 

“Wuuu…..” Wen Jiexi chewed with a blushing face but at the same time she looked smugly at the person walking up to them. See how gentle Sister Su is to me? You don’t stand a chance! Beat it! 

Seeing Wen Jiexi’s expression, Su Chenyu frowned slightly, and then noticed the weird look on Feng Xiaoliang’s face. The bastard was not only looking at her anymore but also at….her little sheep. Her heart suddenly roared furiously and as she picked up the milk, she glared at Feng Xiaoliang with murder in her eyes. 

Feng Xiaoliang, you’d better not mess with what’s mine, otherwise I’ll destroy you and your unsightly Feng Family, right here, right now.

“Little Yu, this person is….the Young Miss of the Wen family, correct? I remember she should be called Jiexi, right? Good morning to you, what a coincidence for us to meet here.” Feng Xiaoliang said with a smile, and then placed the bouquet of roses onto the table, “I didn’t prepare any gifts today so I hope you don’t mind if I give you these roses instead. I hope you like them.” 

“Ah….thanks….” Wen Jiexi said blankly, performing a very perfunctory saying of thanks. 

“I apologize, Mr. Feng, but we are having breakfast at the moment. It is not convenient for us to meet with other guests right now.” A smile flashed in her eyes at Wen Jiexi’s reaction and she unceremoniously ordered the man to leave. 

“Is that so? Then I will disturb you two no longer. I hope that after this banquet, we will have a chance to meet again. At that time, I hope that the two of you will not refuse my invitation.”  Feng Xiaoliang smiled and turned to leave. He did not seem angry at the rejection as if he knew that he would be rejected from the very beginning. After all, one regarded him as a love rival and the other completely ignored his existence. 

However, this is the last time. There was a limit to his patience. If they refuse him again next time, he would truly be angry then. 

“How annoying. Sister Su, don’t be fooled by him! Little Meng said that Sister Qing told her that this person is a well-dressed beast! He looks good on the surface but is a monster on the inside! Don’t be fooled by his gentle appearance!” Wen Jiexi took this change to tear down Feng Xiaoling’s image in front of her Sister Su. And she wasn’t discrediting him based on rumors! Everything she said is true! 

“I know, don’t worry.” Su Chenyu felt amused by her words and laughed as she patted Wen Jiexi’s head. 

Wen Jiexi studied Su Chenyu’s expression and made sure the other wasn’t just humoring her before returning to her breakfast. 

However, the two of them were only halfway through their meal when they were interrupted again. This time by the Su family and the Wen family’s parents who appeared one after another and surrounded them.

“Aiya, Little Yi and Jiexi, you’ve both come out for breakfast.” Long Junzhu said with a smile, and at the same time carefully observed both of their bodies. She then looked at their clothes intensely, like she wished she could see through them and check what was underneath them. 

“Good morning Auntie….I…Is there something on my body?” Wen Jiexi looked down and asked suspiciously.

“No, no….Auntie was just looking.” Long Junzhu shook her head quickly and then patted Wen Jiexi’s head, “Hurry up and eat. Auntie will also go and eat first.” 

“Ok!” 

“Little Xi, did she…” Wen Linshu who had dark circles underneath his eyes looked like he wanted to ask Wen Jiexi something when Tan Yashi smiled and grabbed him by the shoulders. 

“Little Xi, you enjoy your meal. Then see if you guys want to go out and play later. Mom will take Linshu with me first.” After she finished speaking, she dragged Wen Linshu away without waiting for an answer. Wen Shan only silently stepped forward and patted his daughter’s head when he followed after his wife to grab some food. 

“Little Yu, if you don’t have enough money, you can ask your aunt for some~ By the way, if you need more resources, you can just ask me~” 

Although it seems the two haven’t done it yet, what’s the rush? The engagement is already set so there is no need to hurry. Instead she should just let Su Chenyu make up for her lack of knowledge during this period of time. Su Wenqian believed that for this niece of hers, she had gone through great lengths to find these films. Some of these films were from overseas. If her niece still couldn’t learn with all this, Su Wenqian really can’t do much more about this. Might as well live a life of celibacy instead if they still can’t understand with all these hints. 

“I understand….” Su Chenyu nodded. She really needs to study hard!

Su Wenqian’s face slightly twisted and then left. She never expected for Su Chenyu to agree without protest. She had thought it would take awhile for this kid to understand but she never expected this….could it be that her poor niece has been suppressed for too long and now wanted to satisfy her hunger? 

Long Junzhu: You old spinster who is almost fifty years old! What qualifications do you have to judge my daughter! 

In short, the group of people came in a hurry and left in a hurry, leaving behind a confused Wen Jiexi. 

“What are your plans after this, Little Xi?” Su Chenyu spoke. 

“Plans? What kind?” Wen Jiexi asked, tilting her head. Wait, maybe about the engagement? Was Sister Su having second thoughts? 

Seeing Wen Jiexi’s alert appearance, Su Chenyu really wanted to sigh. She really didn’t understand why this little fellow was always thinking such strange things. Did she believe she would leave her that easily? Although this does make her feel happy since it meant the little sheep cared about her a lot. 

“Your plans for your acting career? You’ve finished the careity show, what are you going to do next?” 

“Oh…I don’t know. Sister Xue didn’t mention anything about work to me recently because of this banquet.” Wen Jiexi said after thinking about it.

“…..” Su Chenyu felt speechless. Other than for some really important tasks, Xue Molin always adopted a ‘go with the flow’ type of attitude when raising up an artist. 

“Do you remember the reward from the treasure hunt before?” Su Chenyu asked.

“You mean the recommendation letter from Director Peng?” Wen Jiexi thought about it for a while before she remembered. 

“Yes, that’s the one. Recently, I received news that Director Peng is going to make a Wuxia drama. They’re going to start casting roles for it next month. If there are no surprises, I will be playing the female lead. Why don’t you try fighting for a role as well?” Su Chenyu persuaded. She believed with Wen Jiexi’s skill, it should be a piece of cake. 

The thought of filming a movie with Sister Su made Wen Jiexi’s eyes brighten. 

“Alright, I’ll ask Sister Xue about it later!” 

“En, well, I’ll wait for your good news then.” Su Chenyu nodded in satisfaction, then picked up a tissue and wiped her mouth before standing up. 

“Sister Su, are you leaving?” 

“Since I don’t have any plans this afternoon, I thought it would be fun if we go on a little stroll.”  Su Chenyu smiled.

“A stroll? Where are we going?” Wen Jiexi jumped up and asked cheerfully. Then while they chatted happily, they left the hotel and drove away in a car. 

Meanwhile, at Wang Anyi’s place…..

Wang Anyi opened her dry eyes. She felt weak and sore like she had been run over by a dozen trucks. Especially her waist and throat. The pain in those places was abnormal. Just what is this…what had happened? 

She slowly sat up, the blanket covering her body slowly revealing her bare body underneath. There were various marks on her body and they looked recent. However, from a glance, she could tell what type of marks they were. This made Wan Anyi’s face change drastically, from white, to blue and then to green. 

Could it be that somebody forced themselves into her apartment and then overwhelmed her with their strength? No, she seemed to have overlooked something. She shook her head as memories from yesterday slowly returned to her and her expression turned even more complicated than before. 

Ka-da….the door clicked open and a delicious smell entered the room. 

“Ah, Little Yiyi, you’re awake.” Xue Molin walked in while wearing an apron and with a tray in her hands. On the tray was a bowl of noodles and a few side dishes. From the little wisps of heat floating off the food, she could tell they were freshly made. 

The other person’s face was full of energy, you can even say she is bustling with life and vigor, completely different to yesterday. Where did the woman who had an emotional breakdown on her floor go? She didn’t even look hungover. This made Wnag Anyi feel like everything yesterday was all just a dream. However, the most important part is how did the two of them end up in bed together? 

“Why are you still here.” 

“Why can’t I be here? Little Yiyi, I feel so sad. Yesterday you clearly said you would forgive me~” Xue Molin looked at Wang Anyi with a face full of grievances. She carefully set down the tray and then handed Wang Anyi a glass of water, “Here, drink some water. 

After digesting Xue Molin’s words, the veins on Wang Anyi’s forehead started jumping. This damn scoundrel. When they were doing that this damn bastard kept asking her to forgive her over and over again and even said that if she didn’t forgive her then…she wouldn’t let her…..just thinking about how she was forced to say ‘I forgive you’ over and over again made her face burn with humiliation! What if this scoundrel had pretended to be drunk in the first place? 

Xue Molin scratched her nose embrassedly from being stared at so intently by Wang Anyi. She held up the glass of water with a dry smile. Yesterday she had borrowed the excuse that she was drunk to go a little bit overboard. Even if she was drunk, it probably made Wang Anyi feel suspicious. She might even think it was all a scheme! No, it was so hard for them to reconcile in the first place, how could she let them grow apart again?! Clearing her throat, Xue Molin spoke first, 

“Little Yiyi, I don’t remember what happened yesterday. However, I am very happy that you’re not ignoring me anymore.” Then Xue Molin smiled while blushing a little, making herself seem pitiful. 

“Alright, stop pretending. Do you really think I don’t know what type of person you are?” Wang Anyi grabbed the glass from Xue Molin’s hand and gulped it down in one sip. Ah, her throat felt more comfortable now. Then she thought angrily, everytime she was eaten up by this sly fox she felt like she was on the verge of death afterward. Really, how annoying. Now she should kick this little fox out of her place and then run away to hide somewhere else. 

“Little Yiyi, don’t even think about hiding from me anymore! No matter how much Little Su tries to protect you, I will still chase you down to the ends of the earth! Don’t even think about running!” As if she knew what Wang Anyi was thinking, Xue Molin grinned wolfishly and pinned down the person beneath her to prevent them from running away. 

“Alright, alright, I get it.”  Wang Anyi tried to push the other person off of her, and struggled to get out of her grasp. However, she couldn’t push this person off no matter how much she tried. Suddenly, she felt an itchy sensation on her chest and looked down. 

A certain shameless someone was currently rubbing their face against her chest. However, the important point is…she is not…wearing any clothes! This damned fox! 

She kicked the shameless little fox off her with strength from who knows where. She glanced at the food beside her, but instead angrily decided to run off into the bathroom. Although she was hungry, she wasn’t going to eat until after she’d taken a shower. 

After coming back out, she found the little fox had wrapped themselves in her blankets and was now rolling on the bed. 

The two of them stared at each other when the one on the bed spoke, 

“I was just testing out the softness of this bed.” 

“Oh.” 

“I didn’t do it on purpose.” 

“Ok.” 

A certain someone who was given an inch but now wanted a mile suddenly said: “I think your bed is very comfortable, and I want to sleep here in the future.” 

Wang Anyi looked at her silently and then picked up a pillow and smashed into on the little fox’s head, 

“Move over, I want to eat.” 

“Yes, yes.” Xue Molin rolled to the side and made room for Wang Anyi. She watched as Wang Anyi enjoyed the breakfast she had made and her heart was full of joy. Finally, those cooking skills she had worked hard to learn can be enjoyed by the person she liked the most in the world.
